Order & Shipping

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A: We typically ship within 1 business day after receiving your order.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: US & Canada: 2–6 business days

    EU countries: 3–7 business days

    Other regions: 5–12 business days

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping times and costs may vary based on your location.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track it directly through our Order Tracking Page.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: We offer free standard shipping on most orders. Remote area surcharges may apply, depending on the carrier.


Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return a product?
A: Yes! If you're not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days. Please contact support@yarnyum.com before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Q: How do I get a refund?
A: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Q: What if I received a wrong or damaged item?
A: We're sorry! Please email us with your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll make it right.


Product Info

Q: Are the crochet products handmade?
A: Yes, all our Amigurumi toys, flowers, and accessories are handmade by skilled artists with care and detail.

Q: Do you sell crochet kits or just finished products?
A: Currently, we focus on finished pieces. DIY kits may be available in the future—stay tuned!

Q: Is the yarn safe for babies and pets?
A: Our yarn is carefully selected to be soft, durable, and non-toxic, suitable for sensitive users. Please supervise babies or pets during play.

Q: Can I customize an Amigurumi item?
A: At this time, we don’t offer customizations. However, we are working on limited-edition collections—follow us for updates!


Payment & Order Issues

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express, Discover, and more.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we can’t make changes or cancellations.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?
A: Yes! Many of our materials are natural fiber-based or recyclable, and we are committed to low-waste packaging.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or cards?
A: We currently offer gift-ready packaging for most items. Special gift sets and cards are coming soon!

Q: Do you work with crochet artists or offer wholesale?
